Features
Not just tracking your money, understanding it
Every module is connected. Enter something once and it shows up everywhere it matters.
Spendable today
A clear answer to “how much can I spend today?”
Domvita looks at your remaining budget, the rent, bills and instalments still due this month and the money you actually have, then splits it across the days left. Holidays are taken into account.
- Fixed payments are set aside up front, never counted twice
- Category budgets, past months and smart suggestions
- Foreign currency and gold accounts at today’s rate
Receipts, invoices and statements
Snap the receipt, let the rest fill itself in
Domvita reads the total, date, shop and every item from a grocery receipt. Add the items to your home stock with one tap; e-invoice PDFs work too. Upload your card statement and missing or extra entries are flagged.
- Read on our own server, the photo isn’t kept
- Discounts and refunds land in the right place
- Line-by-line reconciliation with Akbank Axess statements
Recurring payments and debts
Rent, bills, subscriptions and instalments, reminded on time
Payment schedules build themselves; pay one and the next due date moves on. Loan interest and taxes are calculated and the early payoff amount is shown. Rent increases and contract end dates are tracked too.
- Variable bills estimated from the last 3 months
- Credit card closing date, due date and minimum payment
- Debt payoff strategy: avalanche or snowball
Home
What’s in the cupboard, what’s running out, what’s being thrown away
Home stock tracks quantities and expiry dates and adds what’s running low to your shopping list. Scan a barcode and the product is recognised. See what you threw away, with a monthly waste summary.
- Shopping templates and frequent buys
- Wardrobe and outfits
- Garage: fuel economy, service, insurance, inspection
Life and calendar
Payments, appointments and holidays in one calendar
The calendar brings together payments, instalments, card due dates, events and public holidays, and suggests time off around bridge days. Medication doses, appointments, workouts and household routines live here too.
- Timely notifications on your phone
- Health data only with explicit consent
- Chores shared among household members
Health and sport
Medication, measurements, nutrition and training in one place
Reminds you of medication doses on time, charts your measurements and tracks your cycle with predictions. In the gym it logs sets, reps and weight, and shows records and muscle groups. It builds your program from your goal and whether you train at home or in the gym; it logs meals, calories and macros in one tap, and you mark your mood, energy and sleep. Import your Strong or Hevy history with a single file.
- Activity map and weekly streak
- Progress photos only you can see
- Health data only with explicit consent
Wardrobe and outfits
Snap a photo and your wardrobe organises itself
The background is removed from your clothing photo on your device, the item sits on white and its colour is suggested. Outfit ideas follow the season, the weather and what you haven’t worn for longest; the outfit diary records what you wore when.
- Photos are processed on your device
- “What should I wear today?” by the weather
- Donation tips for things you never wear
How it works
Ready in three steps
Nothing to install. Open it in your browser, create your account and get going.
Create your account
Sign up with your email. Add accounts one by one or import them from a spreadsheet; a ready-made category tree is waiting.
Invite your household
Share the invite code so your partner, kids or flatmates can join. Everyone gets their own role and visibility.
Record, scan, relax
Enter a purchase or scan the receipt. Recurring payments, reminders and the overview update on their own.
Household
One shared space, with a part that’s just yours
Keep the household’s shared spending together. Anything you mark “only me”, and its history, stays with you, and nobody else can take over your entries.
- Activity history: who added or changed what
- Belong to several households and switch between them
- Invite codes valid for 7 days, with limited wrong attempts
Runs the household: invites, roles, removing members.
Sees and adds shared entries; keeps private entries of their own.
Uses shopping, routines and the calendar; can’t see any finances.
Security and privacy
Your money and your health stay with you
Domvita processes as little personal data as it needs, only for its purpose, and leaves you in control.
Two-step sign-in
A second step with an authenticator app, so a stolen password isn’t enough.
App lock
Unlock with Face ID, fingerprint or your device passcode on your phone.
Hide amounts
One tap masks every amount when others are around.
End-to-end encryption
Amounts, accounts, health data and documents are encrypted on your device; nobody, including us, can read them.
Consent for health
The health section stays closed without your consent; withdraw it and delete your health data any time.
Your data is yours
Download your data as CSV or a backup; delete your account and the data that belongs to you from the app.
In your language, in your currency
The interface comes in five languages. Accounts and entries can be in any currency; the overview and budget add up in your household’s base currency, with exchange rates updated daily.
Frequently asked
Questions you might have
Does it connect to my bank account?
No. Domvita never connects to your bank and never asks for your banking password. You enter the records yourself, and scanning receipts, invoices and card statements makes it quick.
Who can see my entries?
Only members of your household see shared entries. Entries you mark “only me” are visible to you alone, and members with the child role can’t access any financial data.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, it works fully in your phone’s browser. iPhone and Android apps are on the way, bringing notifications and the app lock.
Which bank statements can it read?
Right now Akbank Axess credit card statements (PDF) are read line by line. More banks are being added; meanwhile you can enter records by hand or from receipts.
Where do my receipts and photos go?
To be read, the receipt photo is sent to our own server and isn’t kept afterwards; if the server can’t be reached, it’s read on your device. Documents you attach and your body photos are encrypted on your device; only you and (if you share them) your household can open them.
Can I take my data and leave?
Yes. Download your transactions as CSV and all household data as a backup file. Delete your account from the app and the data that belongs to you is deleted with it.
